Sodium Dehydroacetate, also known as sodium dehydroacetate or sodium dehydroacetate, is a sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid. It is a white, crystalline powder that is commonly used as a preservative in personal care and cosmetic products to prevent the growth of microorganisms. It is also used as a food preservative, but at much lower levels due to its potential toxicity.
